This privacy policy describes how Let’s Touch Grass LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, groupsidequest.com. SideQuest, our group trip planning app, is currently in development; when it launches, it will be governed by its own in-app privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, any optional first and last name you provide, and the date and time of your signup. When you send an investor inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number or note you choose to provide. Browsing the site does not require an account. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to provide early-access and launch updates about SideQuest. We use investor inquiry details to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions. Waitlist entries are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible to authorized members of our team. Resend delivers investor inquiries to our team’s inbox, which is hosted by Google. These providers process information needed to perform those services.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the service. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. When you interact with a form, Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser and connection to verify the request. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Data retention and your choices

We retain waitlist details while operating the waitlist and providing related updates, and inquiry details while handling the inquiry and related follow-up. You can ask us to remove your information or stop sending updates, or ask what information we hold about you. Contact info@groupsidequest.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
